Clare Sullivan, Project Manager with our Canberra team, has 20 years’ experience in communications, community engagement and government relations.
Clare specialises in developing communication and engagement strategies, developing advice to inform and shape policy and projects, developing change management approaches and managing business transformation programs, and managing complex consultation and communication campaigns and developing materials for a wide range of audiences.
Clare’s experience spans all three levels of Government with a deep understanding of local government and infrastructure projects. Clare has led numerous stakeholder consultation activities and facilitated a range of community engagement events and has experience in issue management.
Prior to Elton Consulting, Clare was 10 years with the Australian Local Government Association where she was responsible for policy development, Ministerial briefings and government relations, stakeholder engagement, issues management, traditional and digital communications and events management.
Clare holds a Masters of Business Administration, Graduate Diploma in Management, and an Advanced Diploma in Communications.
