Jennifer has more than 20 years of experience in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement and community relations for a range of private and government clients. With substantial experience in consulting, negotiating and influencing, Jennifer takes a practical, big picture approach to achieve the best communication and engagement outcomes for clients.

Recent key infrastructure and transport projects that Jennifer has worked on include Sydney Metro Northwest construction project for Transport for NSW where she oversaw community and stakeholder engagement by the contractors on the tunnelling and skytrain stages from 2015 to 2017.

Prior to joining Elton Consulting, Jennifer worked for large multinational companies including Caltex. Her expansive consultancy experience has involved providing services to a wide range of clients including Bovis Lend Lease, National Australia Bank, Northwest Rapid Transit (a CPB/John Holland joint venture), and Coles Property Group. Government agencies that Jennifer has worked with include RailCorp, Transport for NSW and AusAID.

Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in English and Sociology) from Newcastle University and a Bachelor of Laws from Macquarie University. She also holds a Certificate IV in Professional Writing and Editing, and a Certificate IV in Training and Workplace Assessment.

Jennifer is a member of the Public Relations Institute of Australia and IAP2.
