Robert Mellor


Robert has more than 35 years experience in strategic planning and policy, the facilitation of organisational change, public engagement processes and capacity building for government and private sector clients.

Prior roles include Vice President, International Network of Local Government Training and Research Institutes (LOGOTRI) and Program Manager, UTS Centre for Local Government, where he was responsible for research, teaching and practical consultancy projects, including assignments for the United Nations as a Senior Technical Advisor.

Robert is an expert facilitator and an accomplished trainer and educator who has delivered learning programs for government and business leaders. Robert travels throughout Australia and the Asia/Pacific on projects.

He has a PhD from the University of Technology Sydney and a Master of Policy Studies from the University of NSW. Robert is also a member of the United Nations Roster of Government and Parliamentary Experts.
