Sarah Jones has an extensive background in program and project management, health and community service planning and development, and stakeholder engagement, having spent almost a decade delivering programs and initiatives within health, not-for-profit and community organisations.
Passionate about creating positive change in communities, Sarah has specific expertise working in disadvantaged and Aboriginal communities in rural and remote NSW and QLD.
Prior to joining Elton Consulting, Sarah was Strategy and Planning Manager at St Vincent’s Hospital Network where she was responsible for the development and delivery of a range of strategic and service planning projects, as well as critical input into the future strategic direction of St Vincent’s Health Network NSW.
Previous experience includes roles with the NSW Rural Doctors Network; Darling Downs, South West QLD Medicare Local, and Drug ARM QLD.
She is currently studying a Masters of Business Administration (Social Impact) with the Australian Graduate School of Management at the University of NSW; holds an Associate Degree, Human Services (Community Development), from the University Southern QLD; and a Diploma, Community Development, from Southbank Institute of Technology.
