Elton Consulting worked closely with the City of Canterbury-Bankstown and a team of sub-consultants to peer review the Metro Southwest Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) and develop an effective response submission.
Elton Consulting undertook a complete review of the extensive document within a tight timeframe. To do this, we workshopped key issues with a wide range of Council staff to determine key areas of focus. As well as reviewing the technical aspects of the EIS, Council urban design staff, urban design professionals and Elton Consulting worked through specific design improvements to incorporate in the EIS submission to improve outcomes at the eight stations in the Canterbury-Bankstown LGA.
Elton Consulting’s peer review report was endorsed by Council with no amendments and submitted to Transport for NSW.
