The Sydney Metro is one of the largest rail projects ever undertaken in NSW consisting of 23 kilometres of rail line including 15 kilometres of tunnels.
The CBD and South East Light Rail will transform public transport in Sydney, providing high capacity, clean, and reliable services across a 12km route. Elton Consulting is supporting the project with stakeholder and community engagement, strategic communications, media relations and issues management expertise.
Commencing in 2014, Elton Consulting has been engaged on an ongoing basis by Infrastructure NSW to provide stakeholder engagement and media management services for the Restart NSW program.

Elton Consulting worked closely with geotechnical specialists, Golder Associates, to design and deliver a communications and community relations strategy to support geotechnical investigations carried out in the early stages of the project in 2011/2012.
Elton Consulting has been working with Essence Communications to develop and deliver the overarching communications and engagement approach on the Western Sydney Airport.
Elton Consulting’s Design Studio was engaged to design an extensive suite of reporting documents for Ausgrid’s Smart Grid, Smart City Program, including the design and production of the Independent Report and supporting technical reports.
Elton Consulting provided Laing O’Rourke Construction with communications and stakeholder management services during the tender and delivery phase of the Sydney Light Rail early works construction program.
In 2015 Elton Consulting provided communication and engagement services to support Transport for NSW in the rollout of the Freight Noise Attenuation Program.
