Brian has more than 40 years experience in urban planning, housing and social policy. He is one of Australia’s most highly regarded strategic advisers, engagement specialists and social planners. He is sought after to lead strategy and facilitation for complex urban projects.
Kim has had an extensive career in executive management, principally in local government, where she spent more than 18 years in senior management roles including General Manager of two NSW Councils. She has also held several state government roles including that of Executive Director, Policy and Strategy for the NSW Department of Housing. Earlier in her career Kim worked in Indigenous community development in inner city Sydney and the Northern Territory.

Brett has held high level political and public service positions within NSW Government portfolios including Treasury, Industrial Relations, Transport, Roads and Housing. He has advised the state’s most senior Ministers and public servants on extremely complex, contentious and high-profile issues across a wide range of policy areas.
Dan has almost 20 years experience and boasts an extensive skillset including cost benefit analysis and economic analysis, business case development, strategic business planning, ACT government budget preparation, economic research and policy advice.
Deborah has 16 years experience in strategic communications, stakeholder engagement and public sector policy development. Deborah’s key skills and capabilities lie in clear and effective two-way communication and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Jenny leads Elton Consulting’s national urban planning practice. Jenny has extensive experience in strategic planning and policy, project management and facilitation, as well as master planning for residential development and town centres. This has been gained through more than 20 years in both public and private sector roles.
Peter is a senior communications and stakeholder engagement executive with over 15 years of experience in the delivery of major infrastructure projects. He has developed and led large high performing stakeholder and community engagement teams.
Rachel leads Elton Consulting’s local government practice and co-leads our social sustainability team. Rachel has over 15 years of experience working in and with councils. Her work has a particular focus on the interaction between urban and social policy, and on supporting organisational change aligned to strategy.
Robert is an experienced strategic and statutory planner who has held senior positions in high profile government and private sector organisations.
