Steve has more than 15 years experience of managing social and urban planning projects. This has included researching best practices and developing community facilities and human service strategies for projects in New South Wales, the ACT, Queensland, South Australia and the Northern Territory.
Bronwyn has been appointed as Associate Director for Communications and Engagement in Melbourne and will play a leading role in the establishment of the newest Elton office. Bronwyn brings over 13 years of experience in consulting to her new role and over five years in government, particularly in community consultation and engagement, communication strategies and issues management. She has worked extensively for both government and private sector clients.
Cheramie is a highly skilled planner with more than 23 years of experience in NSW, Tasmania and the UK, including senior planning roles with NSW state and local Government. Major projects Cheramie has been responsible for include assisting local councils with precinct and master planning, revitalisation projects, Local Environmental Plans and Development Control Plans.
Calli Brown has over a decade of experience in media (including digital), issues management, stakeholder engagement and effective communication strategy.
Chris O’Brien has over 20 years experience in communications including media, internal communications, change management, corporate affairs, stakeholder management, issues management, Ministerial liaison and customer relations.
David manages the Elton Consulting Design Studio. He has over 18 years of experience in corporate design, brand development and strategic communication.
Kalina has over 15 years experience as a community and stakeholder engagement specialist, and program manager.
Liz has over 20 years experience in urban and regional planning. This includes significant experience in local government strategic planning, project management, and the assessment of retail, commercial, residential and State significant development.
Martin has more than 19 years of experience in strategic and statutory planning, regional planning, economic development, housing projects as well as stakeholder and community consultation. Martin’s experience crosses both the private and public sectors.
Petra is a community development consultant with over 12 years experience and expertise in stakeholder engagement and relationship management. Petra has worked for a wide range of clients spanning all levels of government, corporate environments, professional bodies, media, community organisations and Indigenous business.
