Barbara Noefitou

Project Manager

Barbara has nearly 10 years of experience working with government in both the UK and Australia. Her extensive experience has been gained through a variety of high level advisory roles with a strong focus on project management.

Prior to joining Elton Consulting, Barbara held the position of Ministerial Services Officer for the NSW Office of Environment and Heritage, where she worked with key internal and external stakeholders to achieve a strategic approach to all requests from the Minister’s Office and the Chief Executive.

Barbara gained substantial experience with the NSW Public Service Commission where career highlights included project managing the delivery of the NSW Senior Executive Development and the delivery of the first NSW Public Sector Employee Survey to nearly 400,000 employees in more than 140 organisations in the sector.

In the UK, Barbara worked for the UK Cabinet Office in a number of roles including Employee Engagement Advisor, Capability Reviews Advisor, and Learning and Development Advisor.

Barbara holds a Master of Science (Merit), Public Policy, from the University College London and a Bachelor of Arts (Honours), Economics and Politics from the University of Essex. Barbara is also a PRINCE2 Practitioner.
