Camilla Hamilton is a communication and engagement specialist who is passionate about developing evidence-based methodologies that put people at the heart of effective strategies. She leads projects that seek to increase understanding, engagement or adoption, and is experienced in developing and delivering solutions across a diverse portfolio of projects for government and private sector clients.
A thoughtful storyteller, Camilla produces engaging narratives that excite project teams, stakeholders and audiences. A skilled visual communicator, she is experienced in developing websites and creative concepts, and graphically designing campaign collateral. An experienced facilitator, Camilla designs authentic and memorable sessions that are targeted towards group deliberation or collective decision-making.
Prior to joining Elton Consulting, she was the Communications & Digital Lead for Puzzle Partners, managing communications across organisational change projects for the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, Toyota and Mastercard. Camilla has previously worked on high-profile initiatives including the award-winning ‘What are you doing on ice?’ campaign, the Festival of Ideas and the Melbourne Latin America Dialogue.
