Previous roles in NSW Government include Manager, Communications and Stakeholder Relations, where Erika built strategic relationships with media to deliver proactive campaigns and strengthen the reputation of NSW Government both in Australia and internationally. Erika also successfully integrated emerging digital technologies via smartphones and Apps into major projects and campaigns communication, and media policies to streamline real-time communication.

Erika holds a Bachelor of Arts Communications and English from the University of Wollongong, and an Executive Certificate in Event Management and a Graduate Certificate in Marketing from the University of Technology in Sydney.
