Kalina Koloff


Kalina has over 15 years experience as a community and stakeholder engagement specialist, and program manager. Highly skilled in facilitation and program design, Kalina has an in-depth understanding and knowledge of the community, not for profit and government sectors.

Having worked with a diverse range of stakeholders, Kalina understands the complexities and challenges of leading a team. She is committed to working collaboratively to build lasting partnerships and she places a strong emphasis on the knowledge and contributions that others can bring to a project.

Before she joined Elton, Kalina held senior roles with the NSW Office of Environment and Heritage where she led the community, compliance and planning teams. Kalina has also worked on key environmental, waste and sustainability projects with Councils across Sydney including Liverpool, City of Sydney, Inner West and Parramatta.

Kalina holds a Masters in Sustainable Development and undergraduate degrees in Science (Resource and Environmental Management) and Arts. She has also completed the International Association of Public Participation Certificate and a Diploma of Project Management.
