Kim Anson has had an extensive career in executive management, principally in local government, where she spent more than 18 years in senior management roles including General Manager of two NSW Councils. She has also held several state government roles including that of Executive Director, Policy and Strategy for the NSW Department of Housing. Earlier in her career Kim worked in Indigenous community development in inner city Sydney and the Northern Territory.
Kim has extensive strategic as well as operational management experience, including restructuring organisations, services and finances. She led community strategic planning and asset planning in her local government roles and has a strong background in social planning and community development.
Since joining Elton Consulting in 2009 Kim has provided strategic advice on the design and delivery of a range of complex consultation projects for state and local government and the private sector. She has facilitated large and small groups, including Executive teams, Boards and community stakeholders. Kim also manages our business.
