Leanne is an engagement and sustainability specialist who combines message, method and impact to create meaningful internal and external change. With a background in social engagement and sustainability and over 12 years cross-industry experience, Leanne facilitates both effective project delivery and cultural engagement through strategic communication, digital storytelling, grassroots engagement and social marketing.

Leanne has advised across local and state government and holds diverse knowledge across energy, infrastructure, social, environmental and cultural sectors. She seamlessly identifies, communicates and transforms complex issues.

Previously Community Relations Manager on the $1.6 billion Toowoomba Second Range Crossing.  Leanne led a multidisciplinary team using creativity, agility and innovation in communication and community relations. Balancing a complex political environment, Leanne drove measurable improvements through a proactive focus on leadership, digital engagement, internal facilitation, strategic communication and risk identification and mitigation.

In addition to engagement and communication, Leanne has a proven track record across the spectrum of social and organisational change; from organic start-ups driving innovative thinking to billion-dollar infrastructure projects delivering vital needs for the nation.

Leanne holds a Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from the University of Queensland and Graduate Diploma (International Relations) with Deakin University.
