This Privacy Policy outlines how Elton Consulting Group Pty Ltd (Elton Consulting) uses and protects any information that you provide to us. As a WSP Company, Elton Consulting safeguard the privacy of information in accordance with WSP’s Privacy Principles and the privacy and data protection laws applicable to Australia.

This policy has been developed in line with the Australian Privacy Principles (APP) which came into effect on 12 March 2014.

Core areas of our business include community and stakeholder engagement, research and public policy analysis. During the course of this work we regularly collect and manage personal information.

Elton Consulting does not sell or trade the information it receives with third parties or disclose it to third parties overseas.

How do we store the information?

Information that has been supplied to Elton Consulting is stored securely in our offices – either in physical files or electronically on the company’s server. As we use a third party (Panthur) to host our website, some personal information supplied electronically may be stored in its servers.
