Elton Consulting recently worked with a large community housing provider and a major developer to prepare the consortium’s tender for a Communities Plus redevelopment site. Prior to this, Elton Consulting worked with the community housing provider to develop the organisation’s successful Expression of Interest in the project.
Communities Plus is a NSW Government initiative to achieve significant growth in social housing through innovative engagement with community housing providers and the private sector. Throughout the tender process, Elton Consulting provided strategic advice and insight regarding the NSW Government’s social and affordable housing policy settings, objectives and sensitivities, with a particular focus on priorities for the Communities Plus sites.
We designed and facilitated bid strategy workshops with consortium partners to develop the vision and objectives for the project, in line with Government priorities for the site. Elton Consulting also project managed preparation of the tender, coordinating inputs from consortium members and consultants.
Elton Consulting wrote substantial parts of the tender submission, and our Design Studio provided graphic design services to ensure a high quality and consistent ‘look and feel’ for the document. Our designers also worked with the consortium to develop a professional and consistent branding for the newly established bid vehicle.
