Kim has had an extensive career in executive management, principally in local government, where she spent more than 18 years in senior management roles including General Manager of two NSW Councils. She has also held several state government roles including that of Executive Director, Policy and Strategy for the NSW Department of Housing. Earlier in her career Kim worked in Indigenous community development in inner city Sydney and the Northern Territory.
Amanda has more than 20 years’ experience as an urban planner, development manager and strategic public policy advisor. She is an Associate Director for Strategy, Planning and Social Sustainability in Western Australia.
Brendan is a community and stakeholder engagement specialist. Brendan has extensive expertise in the design, facilitation, analysis and reporting of large scale engagement processes.
Bronwyn is an Associate Director for Communications and Engagement in Melbourne. Bronwyn brings over 13 years of experience in consulting to her new role and over five years in government, particularly in community consultation and engagement, communication strategies and issues management. She has worked extensively for both government and private sector clients.
Calli has over a decade of experience in media (including digital), issues management, stakeholder engagement and effective communication strategy.
Chris has over 20 years experience in communications including media, internal communications, change management, corporate affairs, stakeholder management, issues management, Ministerial liaison and customer relations.
Claire is a communications and engagement specialist, with a demonstrated 20 year history leading and implementing large, complex and controversial stakeholder engagement and communications for major public and private sector projects across all levels of government, resources, energy service providers and the not-for-profit sector.
David manages the Elton Consulting Design Studio. He has over 18 years of experience in corporate design, brand development and strategic communication.
