Jenny has extensive experience in strategic planning and policy, project management and facilitation, as well as master planning for residential development and town centres. This has been gained through more than 20 years in both public and private sector roles.

Kim is an urban planner with over 15 years of experience in both the public and private sectors. She has extensive experience in a range of policy areas including affordable housing, disability accommodation and employment-generating development.

Lisa Moore is a senior corporate service, change management and communications and stakeholder engagement executive with over 25 years of experience in the private and public sectors.

Liz Densley

Liz has over 20 years experience in urban and regional planning. This includes significant experience in local government strategic planning, project management, and the assessment of retail, commercial, residential and State significant development.

Martin has more than 19 years of experience in strategic and statutory planning, regional planning, economic development, housing projects as well as stakeholder and community consultation. Martin’s experience crosses both the private and public sectors. 

Melinda Hewitt

Melinda excels in forming and managing key stakeholder relationships with community, business partners, and state and federal agencies. She couples this with a deep understanding of political, economic, environmental and social issues locally, regionally and nationally.

Peter Whelan

Peter is a senior communications and stakeholder engagement executive with over 15 years of experience in the delivery of major infrastructure projects. He has developed and led large high performing stakeholder and community engagement teams.

Petra Fowler

Petra is a community development consultant with over 12 years experience and expertise in stakeholder engagement and relationship management. Petra has worked for a wide range of clients spanning all levels of government, corporate environments, professional bodies, media, community organisations and Indigenous business.

Rebecca Gallacher

Rebecca has 17 years of experience as a planner working across public and private sectors in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. Prior to joining Elton, Rebecca held senior roles within a number of commercially focused planning consultancies, with a focus on property investment, strategic property management and brownfield regeneration.
