Prior to joining Elton Consulting, Katie worked as Community Engagement Manager at School Infrastructure NSW (SINSW). In this role, Katie oversaw all communication and engagement activities for major capital works across Southwest Sydney and regional NSW.

With a background in social engagement and sustainability and over 12 years cross-industry experience, Leanne facilitates both effective project delivery and cultural engagement through strategic communication, digital storytelling, grassroots engagement and social marketing.
